Terms and methods of delivery

Delivery methods in Riga and Latvia.

1. Pick up at REGI showroom

After you have received confirmation that your order has been completed, you can pick up your order in our showroom at a pre-agreed time at the following address: Rīga, Dārzaugļu iela 1.

2. Delivery to the Omniva terminal (prepayment only)

Delivery to the Omniva terminal of your choice. Available 24 hours a day. Delivery time 1-2 business days after receiving payment. The minimum order amount is 10Eur.

*** The recipient receives an SMS message to the specified phone number as soon as the parcel is delivered to the parcel machine. The message contains a code, which consists of 6 digits. Being at the parcel machine, you must select the "Receive" option on the screen and enter a 6-digit code.

The parcel is in the parcel machine within 7 days after receiving the SMS message with the code.

3. Delivery to DPD points (only prepayment)

Delivery to the selected DPD Pickup parcel machine or Pickup Bode point. Delivery time 1-2 business days after receiving payment. The minimum order amount is 10Eur.

*** The recipient receives an SMS message to the specified phone number as soon as the parcel is delivered to the selected parcel terminal or point. The SMS message contains a PIN code. If the delivery is made to the parcel machine, then you must enter the PIN code on the screen. If the delivery is made to one of the Pickup Bode points, then it is necessary to tell the operator the recipient's name, surname and PIN code or show an identity document (passport, driver's license, ID card).

The parcel is in the DPD Pickup point within 7 days after receiving the SMS message with the code.

4. Delivery of Latvijas Pasts (prepayment only)

The parcel is delivered to the post office at the specified index. You will receive a notification by mail. Delivery time depends on the delivery address, on average 2 business days after payment is received. The minimum order amount is 10Eur.

International delivery. Baltic countries (Lithuania, Estonia)

• Delivery Latvian Pasts. The parcel is delivered to the post office at the specified index. Delivery time depends on the delivery address, on average 3 to 5 days after payment is received. The minimum order amount is 10Eur.
  

5. International delivery

We provide delivery to most countries in the world. If during registration in the list of countries you do not see the country in which you live, write to us in the "Contacts" section. We will individually consider the possibility of delivery to your country.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping method and weight of the order.

When choosing delivery outside of Latvia, be careful, as some countries may charge additional taxes and customs duties for importing goods into these countries.
